soft sided for sure
I bought this as I needed something to carry my jewelry back and forth to shows. I like the idea of soft sided, and I do love this case. I just wish it was easier to hold it open while putting the trays in. It is fine once you get going but the flap is annoying always coming down. For the money it is great, however, I should have gone one step further and bought the same one with wheels.
