Online Payment: Credit Cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and AMX) and PayPal.
Offline Payment: Interac e-Transfer (Email Money Transfer) and company checks.
Store Purchase: Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Cash.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada and US only.
Orders placed before 1:30 EST noon will be shipped out the same business day.
When you add items into shopping cart and click "view cart", the website will show estimated shipping fees and delivery dates based on your postal code and parcel weight & size. Oversize or Overweight shipment will show an estimate like $39/$49. Our website is integrated with main Carriers' real-time shipping fee calculator software. Please note the estimate is not final and the carrier can be different to the one you choose online. By default we ask for "signature required" at the delivery.
Orders shipped via buyer's shipping label: we are not responsible for late or non-delivery and any damages. There is a handling charge of $5 for us to ship via buyer's shipping label provided.
Order Pickup
Orders can be picked up at our location. Please come AFTER you receive an email notification that your order is "awaiting pickup", or please call us to confirm the order is ready for you. Please bring the order number with you for pickup. There is no shipping or handling charge for pickup orders.
PayPal is not acceptable for pick-up orders.
Orders that have not been picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and inventory returned to our warehouse. Paid orders will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, no worries we have got you covered. We offer a no-fuss-no-muss 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Key requirements:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item that has been received and does not meet your satisfaction.

Your item must be returned in its original packaging, and free of any new damage.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You will need to include your Invoice/ proof of purchase with your returned items

In the case that Zakka Canada is at fault, a shipping label will be provided to you at no cost, however if the buyer chooses to return the item, Zakka Canada does not refund the original shipping charge. Sending the item back will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Final Sale:
Store purchases and pickup orders are FINAL. Please check all items at pickup. We are not responsible for any damages after items leave our store/warehouse.
Items we do not accept returns:

--- Items under category CLEARANCE
--- Listings titled with "Free Shipping"
Custom Orders
Custom made order including logo print will ask for a deposit. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due before shipment. We will keep the order for customers for 30 days.
