Quality Control Issue
These boxes are great, but in every package of 12 there will be at least one box that either doesn’t have the linen finish and is just plain, matte white paper on the top side, is mildly crushed on the side, or the box will be missing the foam insert. Out of 100, 10% of the boxes were unusable. This is not a Zakka issue, this is a quality control issue with the factory in China. If Zakka could go through and check all of these boxes before selling that would be ideal as such large losses cut into my bottom line.

Great quality
These boxes are awesome, I've bought them before, and I'll buy them again! They are the perfect size for not only jewelry, but wine stoppers, or other thicker items too. They have a nice subtle shine to them.
